1.. Take one cup of hot water (a little hotter then luke warm stage)  and mix one spoon honey and one spoon lemon juice in it. Drink it regularly in the morning. It will keep the level of cholesterol down to the natural standard.

एक कप गरम पानी में एक चम्मच शहद और एक चम्मच नींबू का रस मिलाकर रोज़ सुबह पीने से कोलेस्ट्रॉल का स्तर प्राकृतिक रूप से कम होता जाता है |

2.. Mix two table spoons of whole coriander seeds in one glass of water and boil it. After it becomes cool, filter it and drink it twice a day.

एक गिलास पानी में दो बड़े चम्मच साबुत धनिया डालकर उबाल लें | ठंडा होने पर उसे छान लें | इस पानी को दिन में दो बार पियें |

3.. Consume a good quantity of garlic everyday in your meals.

रोज़ाना अपने भोजन में लहसुन खायें | लहसुन खाना बहुत फायदेमंद है |

4.. Take a glass of water, mix one tea spoon fenugreek seeds powder in it. Drink it empty stomach every day for a month in the morning. It will reduce the level of cholesterol.

एक गिलास पानी में एक चम्मच मेथी पाउडर मिलाकर एक महीने तक रोज़ सुबह खाली पेट पीने से कोलेस्ट्रॉल का स्तर कम होता है |

5.. Introduce the intake of one table spoon honey in your daily breakfast. It reduces cholesterol.

अपने नाश्ते में कम से कम एक बड़े चम्मच शहद का सेवन करें | इससे कोलेस्ट्रॉल नियंत्रण में रहेगा |

6.. Use eatable items cooked in sunflower oil. It also controls the level of cholesterol.

सनफ्लावर ऑइल में बनें खाने के पदार्थों का सेवन करने से कोलेस्ट्रॉल काबू में रहता है |
